Our Story
The Dataflux was created with one goal: helping students, along with job seekers, find meaningful, real opportunities in the U.S. job market. Especially for international graduates, navigating OPT, CPT, or H‑1B revealed how overwhelming the process could be, so we sought a better way.
The Dataflux was built as something more than just an IT and non-IT staffing company for exactly that reason. We’re a support system. A career coach. A guide walks along with you from your present location toward your desired destination.
